About being a man??????

Us men are bloody peculiar creatures! The big guy sure has guts to let us loose on his creation without a manual and with such sloppy programming.

That so many of us make it into adulthood and ripe old age is a bloody mystery. With all the testosterone, emotional bluntness, sexual hang-ups, substance abuse, violence, bad hygiene, binging, loneliness, aggro, and so much more shite, one would expect things to go wrong a lot more with many more men.

But having said that, judging by the crime channels on telly it probably does.

I am amazed that I have made it this far in life without a major catastrophe. But then I have had many major catastrophes. I have just somehow been lucky to survive all of them. I must say, usually not because of my own doing.

Maybe, just maybe, if I had the chance to talk with a few brothers about some of the shit before it happened, I would have been better equipped to do the clever or right things early enough to make life a bit easier.

But then, it is not all doom and gloom. Life has its upsides. Girls, cars, rugby and cricket, booze!

That is what this blog is all about.

I have lank stuff, men stuff, that I don't know enough about, but feel I should.

Stuff like why my crack itches so bad sometimes. Is it just me or does all guys get this. And yes smart ass, its not about hygiene - I keep it cleaner than your mothers china, but it still sometimes itches like hell and very little helps for it. Is it what I eat? s it worms or piles? Beats me. And of course I have not been to a doctor about it. Are you mad!

Another thing is hair. Hair is a big issue for me. On top of my head it is getting less and everywhere else it is getting more. F___ man, the stuff is so desperate to grow everywhere but where it should, that it is now even peeling out of my ears and nose. I cant stay ahead with the clippers and snippers. What do other guys do? Or is it just me?

Yes and then the issue of finger nails. Nobody has ever told me what the right routine is. I just do what I think is right and clip about once a week. But then I look at some other dudes' hands and it looks as if they go to a nail parlour every day before they face the world. Not even to speak about toe nails. I need a bloody chain saw for them. As a result I don't do them often enough.

There are other stuff that puzzles me, like politics, women, religion, the Internet, hobbies and a lot more. All of which I may explore over time.

And then there is the whole universe of libido, sex and sexuality. But that is mine field for which I Will have to build up courage over time. Maybe one day.
